• Applicable local and international laws, including the TCPA in the U.S.
• Carrier-specific guidelines for message content, opt-ins, opt-outs, and frequency.
• Prohibitions on certain content types, including but not limited to:
  • Spam, scams, and fraudulent messages.
  • Hate speech, gambling, illegal drugs, and other prohibited categories.

Fees and Charges

• Costs associated with 10DLC services include:
  • Campaign registration and recurring fees.
  • Per-message charges based on carrier rates and message throughput.
  • Penalties for non-compliance or unregistered traffic.
• Fees are non-refundable and subject to change with prior notice.

Message Delivery

• Cellcast strives for high deliverability but does not guarantee message delivery, as it depends on carrier availability and compliance.
• Users are responsible for ensuring message content adheres to guidelines to prevent delivery failures.

Content Restrictions

• Users must not send:
  • Unsolicited or spam messages.
  • Phishing, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights.
• All messages must include:
  • Clear identification of the sender.
  • Opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).
